This product is not built to hold patient information and must not be used to store it. Do not enter patient-identifying information anywhere in it, including in the names you give saved scenes.
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, and for what is done under your account. Accounts are for individual clinicians; do not share credentials.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
