DRAFT — not reviewed by a lawyerThis text was drafted by the PelvicVision team as a starting point and has NOT been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is not yet a binding agreement. Do not rely on it.

PelvicVision is a 3D anatomy tool for clinicians. It is designed so that patient information never enters it.

We do not collect patient data

There is no field anywhere in this product for a patient's name, date of birth, contact details, medical record number, photograph or imaging. Saved scenes are labelled by the clinician; we ask you not to put patient-identifying information in those labels, and we never write them to our logs.

What we do store

  • Your work email address, your display name if you give one, and your language preference.
  • An organisation record created for your account, and your plan and subscription status.
  • Saved scenes: the name you chose plus a description of the 3D view (which structures are shown, their opacity, the camera position). No free text beyond the name.
  • An append-only record of account, billing and saved-scene events, for security and support.

Who else processes it

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which receives your billing details directly — we never see or store card numbers. Email delivery for sign-in links is handled by our email provider. Hosting is provided by our infrastructure provider.

Your control over it

You can export everything you have saved as a JSON file, and you can delete your account, at any time, from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your access immediately and schedules your data for permanent removal.

Security

Access requires a sign-in link sent to your work email or a Google sign-in. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in endpoints are rate limited.
